My path to becoming The Inclusive Culture Expert wasn't a straight line. I spent years at the sharp end of the technology industry before finding my life's work: helping organisations build cultures that genuinely work for everyone.
As a transgender woman, I bring something to this work that no academic credential can provide — a direct, personal understanding of what it feels like when a culture falls short, and the profound difference it makes when it doesn't.
I host the Inclusion Bites podcast and write for HRZone, The HRD, Training Zone and Worklife PA. I hold the mantra Smile | Engage | Educate — because how you say something matters as much as what you say.
