My path to The Inclusive Culture Expert ran through two decades in IT and STEM — serving in the Royal Air Force and running my own technology businesses — before I moved into HR and people consulting. That technical grounding is exactly why my newest work, on the human side of AI in the workplace, lands with leaders.
As founder and CEO of SEE Change Happen, I help HR, talent and L&D teams move past box-ticking to deep, sustainable change — weaving behavioural psychology, emotional and cultural intelligence, psychological safety and belonging into practical steps leaders can act on.
As a transgender woman, I bring lived experience and hard-won authenticity to every stage — but it's the blend of professional expertise, storytelling and warmth that keeps audiences engaged. I host the Inclusion Bites podcast and hold the mantra Smile | Engage | Educate.
