Be a guest
Have something genuine to contribute to the conversation about inclusion and belonging? Let's talk.
Inclusion Bites is built on real conversations with real people. If you have insight, experience or a perspective that could genuinely help practitioners and leaders build more inclusive workplaces, I'd love to hear from you.
Who I'm looking for
I'm looking for guests who can bring something substantive to the conversation — not necessarily a big name or a formal credential, but a genuine point of view grounded in experience. That might mean:
- HR and people practitioners with real inclusion stories from inside organisations
- Leaders who've led meaningful culture change and can speak honestly about it
- Researchers, academics and writers with original thinking on inclusion
- Advocates and activists working on systemic change
- People with lived experience of marginalisation who want to share their perspective
What to expect
- A pre-recording briefing call with me (usually 20–30 minutes)
- A relaxed, unscripted conversation — you'll receive a loose topic guide in advance
- 60–90 minute recording, audio and video
- Remote recording via Riverside.fm (or equivalent) — studio quality from wherever you are
- Social promotion when your episode goes live
- Full episode transcript and show notes
I do not accept paid guest slots. All guests are selected on the merit of their contribution.
How to apply
