Recording fee
Recording any session (audio or video) is charged at 2× the base fee. This applies to live recording for post-event use, not to internal notes or photos.
Concessions
Concessions are available for charities, small businesses, community organisations and social enterprises. Please mention this when you enquire and we'll find something that works.
International engagements
I speak internationally. Travel, accommodation and subsistence for international events are costed individually and covered by the client per my professional expectations.
Payment terms
Standard terms are 50% deposit on booking confirmation, 50% 14 days prior to the event. Full terms are set out in my professional expectations document.
